Roseanna is a Principal Ballerina with Scottish Ballet.


Alongside her full-time ballet career, she has a passion for all

things health & wellness.


She trained at The Royal Ballet School from the age of 11, danced professionally with Polish National Ballet in Warsaw and in 2016, her career brought her to Scotland.


Roseanna is a qualified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition advisor.

What to Expect

A day event offering an opportunity to unwind and reconnect with yourself and with nature.


Start your weekend by taking a moment to reflect, relax and prepare for the week ahead.


The yoga classes will cover pranayama (breathing) and meditation techniques as well as the physical asanas.


In general, the morning is more of an energising flow and the afternoon is more of a slower, restorative practice.


The day is suitable for everyone, from beginners to regular practitioners and adaptations and modifications will always be provided at any level.


All activities are optional. If you do not wish to partake in everything, you may use your own time as you wish.

Event Schedule

09.30 – 10.15 : Arrival

Welcome tea and wholesome smoothie.

A chance to arrive in the space and settle in.


10.15 – 11.45 : Energising Yoga Flow with Roseanna

Consisting of hatha and vinyasa styles to kick start the day and energise your body and mind.


11.45 – 13.00 : Wild swimming and/or own time

Wild swimming in the beautiful surroundings and warming up by the campfire with the opportunity to watch Chef

William Hamer cook in front of your eyes. This time can also be used to explore the grounds, journal, read etc.


13.00 – 14.15 : Seasonal Lunch with William Hamer

Freshly sourced local ingredients prepared and cooked by top outdoor Chef for a delicious vegetarian lunch.


14.15 – 15.00: Guided walk around the grounds

Time to digest and explore the historic estate on the shores of Loch Fyne.


15.00 – 16.00: Restorative yoga practice

End the day by letting go of daily stress, connecting deeply to oneself and revive your body in preparation for the week

ahead. This class will include some meditation techniques.


16.00 – 16.30: Departure tea and snack

A chance to reflect on the day and enjoy a freshly prepared snack before your journey home.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What yoga styles are taught at the retreat?

    The instructor is trained in hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga and restorative yoga. All classes will include pranayama and meditation techniques as well as physical asana/poses.

  • Can beginners join?

    Yes, all levels are welcome. Modifications and adaptations will always be provided by the yoga

    instructor based on the group.

  • Are yoga mats provided?

    Yes, yoga mats and other necessary equipment are provided. However, if you prefer to bring and use

    your own yoga mat, you can.

  • What type of food will there be at the retreat? I have a specific dietary need, will there be options for me?

    Food will be provided by our very own chef, who specialises in wildfire cooking. Please advise us of

    any dietary requirements when booking.

  • Do I need to bring a towel or anything else for the wild swimming?

    We ask that you bring your own swimwear, and towel or changing dry robe if you wish to participate in the wild swimming. Rock shoes are recommended but not obligatory. There are no showers.

  • What is the average size of the group?

    Group sizes can vary, but we tend to limit the number to 12.

  • What is the Cancellation Policy?

    Given the limited number of places available on each retreat, we have a strict cancellation policy. No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend, you can transfer tickets to friends if you are unable to attend.
