Our Supper Clubs are a celebration of fire, seasonality, and connection, a gathering that brings people together around exceptional ingredients and elemental cooking.


Hosted within our glass-walled greenhouse, guests are welcomed to unwind beside the open flames as the evening unfolds. When the fires settle and the table is set beneath the old vines, everyone gathers for a communal long-table banquet — an intimate and atmospheric dining experience unlike any other.


Each menu is crafted over fire, showcasing organic, wild, and sustainably sourced produce that reflects the rhythm of the Scottish landscape. Every evening is shaped by the season, the ingredients, and the people who share the table.


As the fires rest and the landscape renews, Wild Kabn Kitchen takes its seasonal winter pause preparing quietly for what comes next.


We will reopen next year with a new Head Chef and team, bringing a fresh chapter to our unique fire-led dining experience.
